~She Loves Her Apron~

Hello friends...Happy Thursday!
I am so thrilled to write this post today.
Last night I got an e-mail from my friend Robin.
Robin was previously known to you guys as Ms. Client from this post about Grandmother's linens.

Remember this one?

Robin wrote to tell me that her sister, who was given one of my couture aprons for Christmas, had just posted about her gift on her blog

Now I have to tell you that of all the women who Robin was giving these aprons to, Becca was the one she was not so sure about.
When you read Becca's post, you will see why.
I read her post to my husband when he came home from work
and I could barely get through it without crying.
Becca is a wonderful writer and I love how she expressed what receiving this apron meant to her.
She gets it!!!!
All the feelings I try to express with my sewn creations...
SHE GETS IT!!
That made me feel so good.
So thank you Becca and thanks again to Robin
for trusting me.
Here is Becca on Christmas Day
proudly wearing my (her) apron.
Check out the heels...
I Love It!
Isn't she a classy beauty?
I very rarely get to see my aprons in action once they are sold, so this is a real treat for me.
I would love for you, my friends, to visit Becca's blog
and read her lovely words
about her new apron and her Grandmother.
I promise you will enjoy it.
Be sure to leave her a quick comment and tell her I sent you.

Until next time...be kind and stay creative.

Becca's tribute to her Grandmother and to 'you,' was spot on. You do such a tremendous job of bringing life back into wonderful vintage pieces. You are adored.
Now, this domestic engineer needs to fix her touch-up the tracks of her tears.

Of course she loves the apron... they don't come any more special than this one. I popped over to her blog and left here a comment... You just make the best things, Janet... whether it be an apron or a painted piece of furniture... I always love your creativity.
