New Shop Addition

Hello friends..hope your  weekend was a good one. Mine was filled with paint, wood corbels and beadboard.

I did however manage to get a new apron listed in my Etsy shop.

Here she is...a pretty babydoll style full apron.

She is sporting two extra large pockets..

Gorgeous Tina Givens fabric from KellyAnns Quilt Shop

And of course...a full and fabulous bow.

I'm looking forward to completing my kitchen makeover and having more time to play in my studio. I really miss my sewing machine!
And I have all those incredible thrift store finds to mess around with.

Now tell me...what did you manage
 to get done this weekend??

Until next time...be kind and stay creative.

Update!!

My favorite Mockingbird

Just had to post this photo..Don't you just want to wrap this guy in a warm blanket..he looks so cold, all plumped up to stay toasty.

Gorgeous job, Janet. I'm sure your sewing machine is missing you too...but your kitchen must be a very happy camper at this moment! So hard to do everything at once.

How pretty is that apron Janet! It almost makes me want to go and do some housework . . . almost ;-)
Might not be such a chore if I was wearing this though, haha!! xx
(hope the kitchen renovation is going well)

I love the colors and the owls are just adorable! Glad you got to spend time with your sewing machine in the midst of the kitchen redo. I haven't played with mine in a while. :(

Beautiful apron, Janet! Love the fabric. You have exquisite taste.

The Mockingbird is all plumped up to stay warm, but yet he wraps his feet around that cold metal!!!

Hi!! Thanks for your comment. Um, your Salvation Army/Macy's looks like a warehouse and I need to be there. I find that the more out of the way a town is, the better their thrifting is. Also I love this apron!! The style is so cute. I would wear this over something as part of an outfit.

I love birds. I have a "bird wall" in our kitchen, a big collection of bird pictures and wall hangings. It was in my old kitchen and I actually scaled it down a little when we moved because I didn't know how into Bill would be, but it turns out he digs it.

We should be finished setting everything up in a few days, and then you guys should come see our new place and have dinner or something!
